Thank you for your interest in purchasing our products. With so many numbers involved in sizes, we prefer to get the orders in writing. Accuracy in the sizes are crucial, and we want to make sure that we supply you with the correct sizes.
The three formats we accept are:
- Text Message
We ask for the basic information:
- Company Name
- Contact Name
- Billing and Shipping Addresses
- Copy of your Business License
- Resale Certificate (California only)
Most orders will ship out within 48 hours.
Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, company check and wire transfers.
Shipments: MSI’s logistic company of choice is FedEx and FedEx Freight. If you prefer to use another logistic company, please let us know.
Packaging: We package our product in strong and durable shipping boxes. However, we know that sometimes, bumps in the roads happen. If you get a damaged box, check for product damage immediately. Remember, once you cut into one of the blanks, we will not accept it back for refund. Always check item for any damages and make sure that they are the correct sizes that you ordered.
